Pantheon is seeking a Senior IT Support Engineer to join our Vancouver-based IT team in a hybrid role. You will deliver hands-on support to Pantheon’s distributed workforce, troubleshoot complex issues, and partner with Security, People, and business teams to keep people productive and secure.

You will manage onboarding/offboarding, identity and access, and end-user device administration with a security-first mindset. Strong communication and documentation skills are essential.
