Senior IT Support Engineer & Tech Lead

The Foschini Group (TFG London) is seeking a Lead IT Support Engineer on a permanent basis. You will be the senior escalation point for complex IT issues, mentor Support Engineers, and drive service excellence across the team.

You will lead investigations, manage Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune, Exchange, Teams and SharePoint across the UK operations, and deliver projects like device refreshes and store tech upgrades. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential.
