Senior IT Support & Infrastructure Engineer (MSP)

Emplyfy is seeking an experienced IT professional for a hands-on role within an international technology organisation providing IT support and infrastructure services to well-known businesses.

The selected candidate will resolve technical issues directly with customers, work both remotely and on customer premises, and manage incidents through the Service Desk with SLAs. A proactive, customer-facing engineer with 5+ years’ experience is preferred, able to operate independently and within a team.
