Senior IT Support & Service Desk Lead

FBI &TMT in Farnborough is seeking a Senior Support Services Agent to lead the Support Services team and deliver first-line IT support. You will mentor junior colleagues and coordinate day-to-day operations with a focus on incident resolution and service quality.

You will troubleshoot across on-prem and cloud infrastructure using Active Directory, Azure AD, Microsoft 365, Windows, iOS, VPN and MFA, ensuring tickets are logged, prioritized, and resolved within defined SLAs.
