Brock University in Niagara Region is seeking a Technical Analyst, Level 3 to provide customer service and technical support to faculty, staff, and students by assessing technical problems, providing solutions, and adopting new technology across the campus.

The Technical Analyst will manage tickets, administer Active Directory and Exchange, support enterprise software, and help ensure security and reliability of core services such as email, printing, and file shares for all users.
