Senior ITSM Project Coordinator

Apply ITSM expertise to senior project coordination across hybrid work, using MS Project, Excel, and stakeholder communication daily. Support technology projects from planning through delivery.

This senior ITSM Specialist supports Project Managers and Portfolio Leads across various projects. The work combines service management, project administration, reporting, and issue resolution. You will coordinate business and technology stakeholders while maintaining accurate schedules, project artefacts, and decision-support information.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support Project Managers and Portfolio Leads across project activities
• Track schedules, risks, issues, and action items
• Facilitate meetings and prepare accurate meeting minutes
• Update schedules using MS Project Online
• Prepare scorecards, status reports, and management-report inputs

Requirements:

• Three to five years of I&IT service management experience
• Certified in ITIL methodology
• Experience with incident and change management
• Experience supporting large Public Safety technology projects
• Proficiency in MS Project, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio
