Must haves:

  • 5+ years of software development experience
  • 3+ years of hands-on IVR development
  • Amazon Connect experience in enterprise environments
  • Strong integration knowledge: REST, JSON, OAuth, JWT

Nice to have:

  • Financial services or banking background
  • Amazon Lex, Conversational AI, or Agentic AI experience
  • AWS certifications
