Senior Java Applications Developer Citi

Apply senior Java development expertise to Citi’s Issuer Services Technology applications, using Spring and Angular in a hands-on capacity. Support globally managed business-critical systems.

This senior applications development position covers systems analysis, programming, and software delivery. You will collaborate with senior developers while supporting Agency & Trust and Depositary Receipts Operations and Front Office teams. The work includes Agile practices, DevOps automation, technical documentation, and application support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain Java, Spring, and Angular applications
• Participate in sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives
• Automate build, testing, and deployment through DevOps pipelines
• Monitor analysis, design, construction, testing, and implementation phases
• Advise mid-level developers and analysts while allocating work

Requirements:

• Six to ten years of relevant applications development experience
• Extensive software applications programming and systems analysis experience
• Experience managing and implementing successful projects
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• Clear, concise written and verbal communication skills
