Senior Java AWS DevOps Developer

Build Java applications with Spring Boot and AWS while supporting Nasdaq’s securities technology through a Wednesday-to-Sunday hybrid schedule. Deliver cloud-ready software across office and remote coverage.

As a Software Developer, you will create professional web-based and back-end server applications for demanding financial securities customers. The work combines Java engineering, automated testing, CI/CD automation, Terraform infrastructure as code, and AWS deployment. You will collaborate with development, QA, DevOps, and operations teams through iterative delivery methods.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop Java-based applications
• Implement CI/CD pipelines and modernize deployment practices
• Write infrastructure as code using Terraform
• Support AWS configuration and cloud deployments
• Troubleshoot production and pre-production issues

Requirements:

• Strong Java development experience, preferably with Spring Boot
• Experience with automated builds, deployments, and release practices
• Familiarity with Maven, Git, GitLab, and Bitbucket
• Cloud experience with AWS services and Terraform
• Comfort with Wednesday-to-Sunday coverage and office-based weekdays
