Overview

As a Senior Java Developer at NTT DATA, you will design, build, and maintain cloud-native Java applications using Spring Boot and microservices. You will shape scalable REST-based services and robust CI/CD pipelines, collaborating with cross-functional Agile teams. Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain Java (Java 8+) applications with Spring Boot
  • Design and implement microservices-based architectures
  • Build and expose RESTful APIs
  • Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines for automated deployments
  • Work with Docker and Kubernetes for containerized applications
  • Ensure application performance, security, and scalability
  • Perform code reviews and mentor junior developers
  • Collaborate with cross-functional Agile teams
Key requirements
  • Several years of Java development experience (Core Java, Spring Boot, Spring MVC, JPA/Hibernate)
  • Microservices Architecture & Design Patterns
  • REST APIs
  • CI/CD Tools: Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions
  • DevOps: Docker, Kubernetes
  • Cloud Platforms: AWS / Azure / GCP
  • Databases: MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB
  • Version Control: Git
  • Messaging: Kafka / RabbitMQ (good to have)
  • Security: OAuth2, JWT (good to have)
  • Experience with DevOps & CI/CD automation
  • Experience in Agile/Scrum environment
