Overview

In this role you will develop and enhance real-time, low-latency pricing services for FX products within a high-performance front-office team. You’ll collaborate with Quantitative Strategies and traders to refine requirements and deliver scalable pricing and auto-hedging capabilities. The position offers exposure to cutting-edge ultra-low-latency tech and opportunities to impact E-Trading for 2026. You’ll work across the SDLC in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment, shaping how pricing tools drive business outcomes.

Responsibilities
  • Develop real-time, low-latency pricing services for FX Spot, Swaps pricing and NDF auto-hedging
  • Enhance pricing and auto-hedging features for Spot and NDF
  • Update codebase for venue upgrades and regulatory requirements
  • Engage fully with the Agile SDLC
  • Collaborate with Quantitative Strategies Group to review code and backtesting capabilities
  • Manage own workload, coordinate with other teams, and drive tasks to completion
  • Provide occasional L3 production support
Key requirements
  • Highly technical with solid years Java server-side development experience
  • Full technology stack knowledge of Java to Linux and networks
  • KDB / Q experience
  • Prior pricing or algo-trading experience in any asset class
  • Excellent communication skills with tech management, Quantitative Strategies Group and trading desk
  • Full SDLC experience, Git, Jenkins, Ansible
  • Advanced programming skills (algorithms, data structures, design patterns, multi-threading)
  • Strong team player
  • Experience in 3rd line production support
