As a Senior Java Developer, you will lead a small, high-performing backend team while delivering hands-on architecture and coding. You’ll work in a real-time sports betting domain, collaborating closely with Product Owners to ensure timely, high-quality delivery. The role balances technical leadership with mentoring, driving engineering excellence and continuous improvement. This opportunity combines hands-on coding with strategic influence in a global gaming software environment.

- Develop backend solutions using Java and Spring Boot in a real-time betting context
- Champion Test Driven Development (TDD) and robust CS fundamentals
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure clear communication and alignment
- Strong Java and Spring Boot development experience
- Technical leadership, mentoring and coaching experience
- Proficient in Test Driven Development (TDD)
- Solid CS fundamentals (OOP, multithreading, design patterns, data structures)
- Collaborative, pragmatic communicator with stakeholder management skills
