Senior Java Engineer

As a Senior Java Engineer, you will help modernise large-scale payment platforms for major clients in financial services. You will work within a payments technology team to deliver cloud-native, microservices-based solutions and drive technical excellence. You’ll collaborate with architects, engineers, and stakeholders to design scalable, resilient systems and support transformation initiatives. • Strong commercial Java development experience.
• Experience with Spring Boot and microservices architectures.
• Knowledge of AWS cloud technologies.
• Experience with Apache Kafka and event-driven systems.
• Understanding of payment processing and ISO 20022 standards.
• Experience in complex financial services environments.
