Senior Software Engineer (Java)

Bristol | Hybrid (2 Days Per Week in the Office) | Permanent

We're looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join a growing consultancy that delivers complex software solutions for enterprise and public sector organisations. This is a hands-on role where you'll work closely with clients, solve challenging technical problems, and contribute throughout the full software development lifecycle.

You'll be joining collaborative, multidisciplinary teams that value quality engineering, continuous learning and pragmatic problem-solving.

What You'll Be Doing

• Designing, developing and delivering high-quality software solutions
• Working directly with stakeholders and clients to understand requirements
• Collaborating with engineers, testers, designers and product teams
• Contributing to architecture, technical discussions and engineering best practice
• Mentoring colleagues and helping to drive successful project outcomes

What We're Looking For

• Strong commercial experience with Java
• Experience building scalable, maintainable software systems
• Background in consultancy and/or public sector environments
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• A collaborative approach and passion for solving complex problems
• SC Cleared or eligible to obtain SC Clearance
