Senior Java Microservices Developer

Design scalable enterprise applications remotely in Canada using Java and Spring Boot. Build reliable microservices while collaborating across engineering, architecture, and delivery teams.

As a Senior Java Developer, you will develop and maintain enterprise applications with Java 8, 11, 17+, and Spring Boot. You will support distributed systems, integrate RESTful APIs, and create Python automation tools. Collaboration includes architects, product owners, QA engineers, DevOps teams, and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and maintain enterprise applications with Java and Spring Boot
• Build scalable microservices architectures and distributed systems
• Develop and integrate RESTful APIs across services
• Create Python automation tools, scripts, and supporting services
• Participate in reviews, troubleshooting, optimization, and architectural discussions

Requirements:

• Six or more years developing enterprise applications with Java
• Strong Spring Boot and Spring ecosystem proficiency
• Hands-on microservices and distributed systems experience
• Experience developing and consuming RESTful APIs
• Remote communication, troubleshooting, and independent work skills
