Senior Java Payments Developer

Build payment technology in Montreal with Core Java and Spring Boot. Work onsite three days weekly after day-one onboarding.

As a Senior Java Developer within Payments Technology, you will deliver a strategic initiative enabling new payments and funding capabilities. The team supports Cash Management Operations, Corporate Treasury, and global business groups. Your work combines Java application development, databases, SQL, and Agile delivery with close business collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver strategic payments and funding capabilities
• Develop server-side applications with Core Java and Spring Boot
• Build solutions using databases and SQL
• Work closely with business stakeholders and global teams
• Apply technology to solve business challenges

Requirements:

• Five to ten years of Core Java application development
• Strong development skills with databases and SQL
• Experience working within Agile or Scrum environments
• Understanding of CI/CD tooling such as GitHub Actions
• BDD development using frameworks such as Cucumber
