Job Title: Java Developer – Capital Markets (eTrading)

Duration: Long-Term Contract

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Java Developer with a strong background in Capital Markets to join a high-performing eTrading team. The ideal candidate will have extensive hands‑on experience building low-latency, high-performance trading applications using Core Java and Spring technologies. Experience in Debt Capital Markets (DCM) is highly desirable.

Required Skills & Experience

• 12–15 years of overall software development experience.
• 10–12 years of hands‑on experience with Core Java .
• 5–10 years of experience with the Spring Framework/Spring Boot .
• Strong experience developing multi‑threaded, low‑latency, high‑performance applications .
• Excellent understanding of Data Structures, Algorithms, and Object‑Oriented Programming (OOP) .
• Hands‑on coding experience with a strong focus on clean, maintainable, and scalable code.
• Experience designing and developing Microservices and RESTful APIs .
• Strong knowledge of SQL and relational databases.
• Experience with Caching Solutions/MemSQL .
• Experience working with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure (other cloud platforms will also be considered).
• Experience with real‑time messaging technologies such as Solace or JMS .
• Working knowledge of Kubernetes , Linux , and Shell Scripting .
• Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced, agile environment.
• Excellent communication skills with experience collaborating across global teams.

Domain Experience

• Strong experience in Capital Markets is required.
• Debt Capital Markets (DCM) experience is highly preferred.
• Understanding of Financial Operations is considered an advantage.

Nice to Have

• Exposure to Generative AI (GenAI) tools and technologies.
