Senior Java Spring Boot Developer

Build modern Java systems with Spring Boot, REST services, and SQL while supporting the Sanctions application suite across global teams.

This hands-on technologist designs, develops, tests, and deploys Java applications supporting business needs and architectural enhancements. The work spans existing and new Sanctions initiatives, with emphasis on scalable, high-performance systems. Financial domain knowledge, AML, and Customer Risk Ranking familiarity are advantageous.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, test, and deploy Java-based applications
• Support Sanctions enhancements and infrastructure improvements
• Analyze requirements with global teams and design solutions
• Maintain code quality, performance, and scalability
• Participate in Scrum, TDD, CI, and CD practices

Requirements:

• Six-plus years of Core Java experience
• Advanced Java and Spring Boot development expertise
• RESTful, SOAP, XML, JSON, and programming knowledge
• Relational database experience with SQL and DB2 query tuning
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or related field
