Senior Java Technical Lead

Lead secure Java and Spring Boot development for scalable banking and payment applications with microservices, REST APIs, and cloud-native technologies.

This Senior Java Developer / Technical Lead designs high-performance distributed services for banking, payments, and account servicing. The work includes event-driven applications, database optimization, API security, and production reliability. You will guide technical design, delivery, testing, and releases.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design Java and Spring Boot microservices and REST APIs
• Build high-volume, low-latency distributed banking services
• Implement migration, archival, synchronization, and recovery solutions
• Lead code reviews, testing, releases, and production support
• Mentor developers and establish engineering standards

Requirements:

• Eight or more years of Java or J2EE development
• Expertise in Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Data, Spring Batch
• Experience with microservices, Kafka, REST APIs, and messaging
• Database experience with MongoDB, Oracle, or PostgreSQL
• Proven technical leadership, mentoring, and delivery skills
