Senior Kubernetes Cloud Platform Engineer

Lead Kubernetes troubleshooting and cloud platform engineering remotely across Canada with Insight Global on a one-year contract. Support enterprise environments across public cloud and on-premises infrastructure.

Insight Global seeks a Senior Kubernetes Cloud Platform Engineer with eight to ten years of infrastructure or cloud engineering experience. The position focuses on Kubernetes administration, automation, maintenance, deployment, and production support. Candidates should bring expertise across AKS, EKS, GKE, OpenShift, or on-premises Kubernetes, plus Terraform, scripting, and cloud platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deploy and administer enterprise Kubernetes environments
• Automate Kubernetes platform operations using infrastructure tooling
• Maintain public cloud and on-premises infrastructure
• Troubleshoot Kubernetes environments and production issues
• Support global twenty-four-seven operations

Requirements:

• Eight to ten years of infrastructure or cloud engineering experience
• Strong hands-on Kubernetes and production support experience
• Terraform Infrastructure as Code experience
• Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform experience
• Python, Bash, Shell, or PowerShell scripting experience
