Senior Kubernetes Consultant

In this role you will optimize and secure large-scale Kubernetes infrastructure, enabling reliable, high-performance platforms. You will work across cross-functional teams to implement scalable deployment strategies, automate migrations, and enhance security posture. The position offers hands-on work with modern tooling and the chance to shape platform capabilities at scale. • design and operate scalable Kubernetes clusters
• implement Helm-based deployments and GitOps workflows
• utilize service meshes (Linkerd, Istio, Consul) to manage traffic and security
• build and maintain CI/CD pipelines and automation
• lead on-prem-to-cloud migrations and hybrid cloud strategies
• enforce security with open source and private tooling (e.g., Falco, Aqua)
• practice Infrastructure as Code with Terraform, CloudFormation, Pulumi, or Bicep
• troubleshoot performance, reliability, and security issues at scale
• collaborate with engineers to deploy secure, compliant platforms

• expertise in Kubernetes at scale
• experience with deployment strategies and Helm
• familiarity with GitOps and CI/CD pipelines
• knowledge of service meshes (Linkerd, Istio, Consul)
• proficiency in Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation, Pulumi, Bicep)
