Senior Kubernetes Networking Engineer

Build Kubernetes networking features in Go at Tigera, where Calico secures cloud-native applications and AI workloads. Apply Linux networking expertise to Calico control-plane development.

As a Senior Software Engineer, you will contribute to Calico Enterprise and Calico Open Source releases. You will design networking and network security features across Calico's control plane. The work includes solving customer and open-source community networking problems from initial report through merged solution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design Kubernetes networking features in Go
• Build network security capabilities across Calico's control plane
• Support Calico Enterprise and Calico Open Source releases
• Solve customer networking problems through merged solutions
• Own features through design, testing, and release

Requirements:

• Five or more years of product-oriented software engineering experience
• Strong Linux and Kubernetes networking experience
• Hands-on Golang, C, C++, or Java experience
• Experience with L2/L3, L4-L7, and network security
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field
