Senior L&D Architect: Blended Learning & Performance

Stonegate Group is seeking a senior L&D professional to diagnose performance needs and lead the design, delivery and evaluation of complex blended-learning solutions for colleagues up to Head of/Multi-Unit Leader level.

You will partner with digital learning specialists and subject matter experts to craft coherent learning journeys, mentor L&D colleagues, and measure business impact across multi-site operations.
