Senior/ Lead Android Engineer

As an Android Engineer at Flo, you will shape the mobile experience for a global audience of millions while advancing women’s health. • Develop features using modern frameworks and in-house components
• Deliver polished, intuitive user experiences with high usability standards
• Maintain and improve a continuous delivery pipeline for fast, reliable releases

• 7+ years of hands-on Android development experience shipping production apps at scale
• Strong proficiency in Java and OO design
• Deep knowledge of the Android ecosystem (fragmentation, UI patterns, device sizes)
• Familiarity with Google technologies, Play Store submission processes, and Google's guidelines
• Experience with Agile teams and full mobile product lifecycle
