Overview

In this role you will architect and deliver secure, scalable cloud platform solutions that support the firm's data and analytics strategy. You will lead cloud infrastructure workstreams, advance developer experience, and drive modern DevOps practices across cross-functional teams. You will collaborate to enable AI/ML powered capabilities, telemetry, and self-service workflows that improve productivity and governance. Responsibilities
  • Provide technical leadership to the cloud engineering team
  • Design and develop secure, scalable cloud infrastructure and platform tools
  • Advance DevEx practices and evolve CI/CD and developer tooling
  • Align platform roadmap with business priorities and lead modernization initiatives
  • Evaluate, integrate, and govern strategic tooling to improve developer experience
  • Collaborate with development teams to remove platform bottlenecks
  • Define paved paths and self-service workflows for developers
  • Implement real-time telemetry pipelines and platform observability/analytics
  • Promote productivity tools through documentation, training, and developer engagement
  • Standardize AI-assisted coding tools and AI-powered development ecosystems
  • Contribute to AI agent design and MCP integrations using Google ADK and Anthropic SDKs
Key requirements
  • Hands-on experience with at least one major cloud provider (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
  • Advanced knowledge of containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes, ECS, etc.)
  • Expertise in DevEx and CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Spinnaker, Bitbucket, GitHub, etc.)
  • Strong knowledge of cloud security, shift-left, and DevSecOps
  • Programming skills in Golang or Python
  • Proficiency with cloud infrastructure provisioning tools (Terraform, KRO, Crossplane)
  • Experience with logging and monitoring tools (Splunk, Grafana, Datadog, Prometheus)
  • Deep understanding of cloud infrastructure design, architecture, and migration
  • Proficiency in AI-assisted coding workflows (LLM-powered tooling, prompt engineering)
  • Leadership and technical mentorship
