Senior Lead Software Data Engineer – Corporate Know Your Customer

In this role, you drive secure, scalable software for data-intensive platforms within the Global KYC and Risk Assessment Data Platform. You lead multiple teams, set architecture and engineering standards, and deliver high-impact solutions that support the firm’s portfolios. You shape the technology landscape and foster a culture of excellence through innovative methods. • Develop secure, high-quality production code for data-intensive applications and platforms
• Mentor and review work of other engineers to promote best practices

• Design and govern agentic AI systems, including multi-agent workflows and human-in-the-loop controls
• Establish engineering standards for LLM-based applications, ensuring safety and reproducibility

• Practical experience delivering system design, application development, testing, and operational stability at enterprise scale
• Experience designing and deploying production AI/ML systems, including LLM-based applications and agentic architectures in regulated environments
• Proficiency in one or more programming languages, particularly Python and/or PySpark
• Advanced knowledge of software application development and technical processes in disciplines such as cloud, AI/ML, or data engineering
• Experience in large-scale data processing, microservices, API design, and orchestration frameworks
• Working knowledge of relational and NoSQL databases, vector stores, and data lake architectures
• Familiarity with observability tools and frameworks
• Practical cloud-native experience (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• Ability to communicate effectively with senior leaders and executives
