Senior Lead Software Engineer

In this role, you’ll lead hands-on software engineering to deliver secure, scalable market-leading technology for Asset & Wealth Management. You will work within a cross-functional agile team to design, build, and troubleshoot solutions that advance business objectives and improve operational stability. You’ll drive architecture discussions with partners, mentor engineers, and promote AI-assisted engineering practices to boost quality and delivery speed. • Design, develop, and troubleshoot software solutions beyond routine approaches
• Write secure, high-quality production code and review others’ code
• Identify opportunities to automate remediation and improve stability
• Lead evaluation sessions with external vendors and internal teams on architectures and fit
• Lead communities of practice to drive adoption of new technologies
• Promote AI-assisted engineering practices to improve code quality, delivery, and operations
• Utilize SDLC tools and AI-assisted development capabilities to enhance automation
• Foster an inclusive team culture and respect within the engineering group

• Formal training or certification in software engineering concepts and advanced applied experience
• Hands-on experience delivering system design, application development, testing, and operational stability
• Advanced proficiency in Java, React, and SQL
• Proficiency in automation and continuous delivery methods
• Proficient in all aspects of the Software Development Life Cycle
• Advanced understanding of agile methodologies, CI/CD, Application Resiliency, and Security
• Experience with cloud-native environments and AI-assisted software development tools
• Knowledge of the financial services industry and its technology systems
• Practical cloud experience and ability to evaluate AI-generated outputs for correctness, performance, and security
