Senior Lead Software Engineer - Backend Engineering - Java/Kotlin

In this role you drive the transformation of ideas into customer-facing fintech products within the Accelerator business. You will shape scalable, secure software through thoughtful domain modeling and architecture, collaborating with cross-functional squads. You’ll tackle performance, reliability, and up-to-date technology challenges to deliver zero-downtime releases. • Apply domain modeling to build best-in-class business products
• Structure code for clarity, testability, and evolvability
• Use scalable architectural patterns to avoid single points of failure
• Develop secure code to protect customers and the platform
