Senior Loan Trading Operations Analyst

Master Loan Sales and Trading operations with TD Securities in Toronto, using LoanIQ expertise and advanced transaction analysis daily.

As an Operations Analyst III, you will support frequently traded accounts within Corporate Lending Operations. The work covers loan servicing, documentation, trade settlement, risk management, and client service. You will collaborate with internal teams, external lenders, and corporate clients while applying LSTA and LMA market knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee frequently traded accounts for the Par Trading Book
  • Review and execute loan trading documentation
  • Manage asset transfer recordation within TD Agented deals
  • Complete cash movements for loan purchases and sales
  • Perform secondary checks and review end-of-day transactions

Requirements:

  • In-depth knowledge of the LIQ system
  • Extensive syndicated credit and Loan Trading experience
  • Understanding of LSTA and LMA market mechanics
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Experience with loan trading and legal documents considered an asset
