Senior LoanIQ Technical BA

As a Senior Business Analyst, you will drive LoanIQ analysis and SME expertise during a major bank’s implementation. You’ll bridge business stakeholders, engineering, and QA to define and deliver robust integration solutions across accounting, operations, and regulatory deliverables. You will assess front-to-back system impacts, translate requirements into detailed specifications, and align with enterprise architecture and governance. Partner with Product Owners to shape user stories and backlogs, while guiding users through UAT. This role offers meaningful impact by enabling seamless, compliant loan and syndicate lending workflows at scale.

• Lead LoanIQ analysis and SME guidance for implementation and integration.
• Capture requirements and produce detailed specifications (RESTful services, data feeds).
• Assess impact of changes on front-to-back system flows and architecture.
• Coordinate with Front Office, Operations, Finance, and IT to ensure seamless interfaces and reporting.
• Support User Acceptance Testing and ensure alignment with enterprise architecture and compliance.

• SME knowledge of LoanIQ application/data model and/or Syndicate Lending, and version 7+ of LoanIQ
• 8–10+ years in Business Analysis in banking/financial services
• Understanding of Accounting terminology and practices
• Strong understanding of integration design and data flows
• Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills
• Experience leveraging AI tools in Business Analysis workflows (documentation, reporting, embedding AI features)
