Overview
In this role you build and optimize ultra-fast Java and Rust frameworks powering algorithmic trading at scale. You work within a specialist electronic trading technology team to deliver low-latency, event-driven solutions. You will engage in hands-on coding, performance analysis, and mentoring to raise engineering excellence. The position offers hybrid London working and a strong bonus package, with a mission to enable the bank’s high-frequency trading capabilities through efficient systems.

- Background in event-driven or event-sourcing microservices
- Familiarity with KDB, Rust, or C++ is advantageous
