Senior M&A & Private Capital Advisor

Zastre & Co. is seeking a finance professional in Vancouver to lead M&A and private capital transactions, working directly with business owners, buyers, investors and lenders to help clients sell, acquire or finance businesses. You will take opportunities through discovery, manage relationships, coordinate diligence and negotiations, and drive deals through to closing with the team. Compensation is production-based, with engagement fees and participation in fees.
