Senior Machine Learning Developer RAG

Lead RAG innovation with Python and natural language understanding as a Senior Machine Learning Developer, remotely based in Montreal, Toronto, or Quebec.

Autodesk seeks a senior machine learning developer to design data-driven solutions across dedicated RAG programs. You will apply information retrieval, testing, evaluation, causal inference, and natural language processing to technical problems. The work includes planning, proof-of-concept development, and production delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design machine learning capabilities improving Autodesk RAG platforms
• Analyze data and generate model training datasets
• Collaborate on machine learning solutions and practices
• Mentor teammates delivering machine learning features
• Translate business objectives into machine learning problems

Requirements:

• Master's or doctoral degree in a related field
• At least three years of applicable machine learning experience
• Hands-on NLU and traditional search experience within RAG
• Proficiency with Python machine learning tools, including Pandas
• Experience leading teams and delivering production ML solutions
