Senior Mainframe Capacity Planner — Remote

Ensono is seeking a Senior Capacity Planner to lead mainframe capacity planning for a dedicated client environment in a remote US setting. You will analyze performance, workloads, and resource utilization to optimize capacity and system availability, while developing forecasting models and KPIs to support future business needs.

Design and implement automation to streamline capacity processes, mentor junior colleagues, and drive continuous improvement across teams.
