Senior Manager AI Analytics

As Senior Manager, Data Analytics, you will identify high-value retail use cases and embed responsible, scalable capabilities into business processes. You will translate priorities into analytical questions, define outcomes, and communicate concise insights to executive audiences. The role requires seven or more years in analytics, business intelligence, strategy, consulting, or a related field.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead adoption and implementation of AI-enabled analytics solutions
• Translate business priorities into requirements and measurable analytical outcomes
• Interpret performance trends and recommend practical business actions
• Drive self-service reporting and trusted data asset adoption
• Champion accurate, scalable, timely analytics products and governance

Requirements:

• Advanced experience with analytical and visualization tools
• Experience with SQL, Tableau, Power BI, BigQuery, Python, or similar platforms
• Ability to connect insights with commercial and operational decisions
• Strong business judgment amid ambiguity and competing priorities
• Excellent communication and influence across functions and levels
