Senior Manager AI Data Platforms

Lead enterprise analytics and Customer Data Platform operations as a Senior Manager, guiding reliable, secure technology services and adoption. Support data-driven business capabilities across the organization.

Reporting to the Director, Data & AI Platforms and Technology, this senior manager leads enterprise data and analytics technology. The work spans Power BI, Alteryx, ArcGIS, IBM WatsonX, RecordPoint, and Treasure AI. It combines platform operations, service delivery, roadmap planning, vendor management, and team development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee Customer Data Platform operation, support, enhancement, and adoption
• Lead enterprise analytics technology strategy, operations, and lifecycle management
• Develop roadmaps, enhancements, and continuous service improvements
• Manage vendors, licensing, renewals, escalations, and support contracts
• Lead, coach, mentor, and develop Data Technology Specialists

Requirements:

• University degree in a related technology or data discipline
• Seven or more years supporting or leading enterprise platforms
• Advanced knowledge of analytics, business intelligence, customer data, and AI
• Knowledge of Power BI, Alteryx, ArcGIS, and IBM WatsonX
• Understanding of APIs, cloud services, SaaS, authentication, and integration
