Senior Manager, Data Analytics

As a Senior Data Analytics , you own the data analytics delivery for multiple product platforms, guiding cross‑functional partners to measure ROI and drive product success. You’ll lead a team of Product Data Scientists and Analytics Engineers, shaping data architecture and instrumentation to support high‑quality insights. This role blends strategic leadership with hands‑on analytics to fuel the payment performance engine. You’ll work in a fast‑moving fintech environment, shaping how data informs product decisions and merchant outcomes.

• Own the data and analytics strategy for the product vertical and oversee end‑to‑end delivery of insights and data products
• Set the bar for data usage in product decision making and measure ROI across the payment performance product suite
• Lead design of data architecture to ensure clean, cost‑efficient, reliable pipelines and rich instrumentation
• Develop and grow a high‑performing team of data scientists and analytics engineers

• Multi‑year leadership experience in data science, product analytics, or data engineering teams
• Proven track record implementing measurement systems with experimentation and causal inference
• Cross‑functional collaboration with stakeholders, roadmapping, prioritization, and scoping for delivery
• AI‑forward mindset with ability to apply Gen AI to productivity and data/analytics products
• Experience managing and developing product data scientists and data engineers
• Core analytics skills with SQL/Python, data modeling/engineering, applied statistics (hypothesis testing, regression, predictive modeling)
• Ideally experience with acceptance, fraud and cost optimization in payments/fintech contexts
• Strong instrumentation philosophy for rigorous measurement while balancing cost and quality
