You will lead data workstreams across multiple live engagements, define governance and risk talking points for bids, and build scalable methodologies. - Own data migration approach across all CoE engagements, from data quality assessment to cutover
- Develop standard methodologies and toolsets for data migration and governance
- Lead multiple data workstreams across live programmes
- Articulate data risk and approach in bids to win client engagements
- Shape data governance for public sector clients and influence team composition
- Deep, practical experience with SAP data migration for S/4HANA Cloud, including Migration Cockpit and staging table methods
- Track record of owning data workstreams through full lifecycle SAP Public Cloud implementations
- Ability to manage and develop a team, not just perform migration tasks
- Clear communication of data risk to non-technical stakeholders
- Leadership and people management
