Senior Manager, Data Solution Architect, SG&A, Engineering, AI & Data, Technology & Transformation

You will lead the design and delivery of data and AI solutions for top clients, shaping multi-disciplinary initiatives within Deloitte's AI&D practice. Collaborating with executives and delivery teams, you translate business needs into scalable, data-driven architectures that unlock measurable value. You’ll guide strategic roadmaps for Data & AI, mentor teams, and contribute to client proposals in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. • Lead the definition and design of data and AI solutions
• Translate business requirements into clear functional specifications and solution designs
• Develop strategic roadmaps for Data & AI capabilities (insurance claims data focus)
• Lead cross-functional client engagements and multi-disciplinary delivery teams
• Provide thought leadership and share best practices with clients and colleagues
• Mentor and develop junior team members and foster an inclusive team culture
• Contribute to proposals for new business opportunities and client needs analysis
• Stay updated on industry trends and vendor landscape to adapt data technologies and methodologies
• Manage stakeholder relationships and ensure successful project delivery

• Experience in Data Solutions Architecture with data modelling, data management, data quality, and master data management
• Ability to translate complex requirements into functional designs
• Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships and articulate business value
• Experience mentoring teams and leading in fast-paced environments
• Experience presenting architectural designs to stakeholders and participating in design authorities
• Experience with cloud-based solutions and evaluating build-vs-buy from a functional perspective
• Ability to engage with both Business and IT stakeholders to define business outcomes
