Responsibilities
- Lead a workstream or small team delivering AI, data and analytics engagements for transport clients
- Build relationships with client stakeholders, run workshops, capture requirements and communicate progress
- Manage end-to-end delivery of AI & data workstreams ensuring on-time, on-budget, high-quality outcomes
- Provide direction, QA and coaching to team members, with potential for broader people management
- Conduct research to turn ideas into structured recommendations and contribute to proposals and reusable assets
Key requirements
- Experience in transportation industry consulting (road, rail or aviation)
- Proven track record delivering complex AI, data, analytics or digital transformation initiatives
- Ability to engage senior stakeholders daily and influence decisions
- Experience leading a workstream or small team and developing junior colleagues
- Strong problem-solving and structured thinking skills
