Senior Manager - Dynamics 365 CRM Solution Architect - Deloitte Digital

In this role you drive the design and delivery of advanced Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions for large, multi-market organizations. You lead cross-functional teams, shape client CRM roadmaps, and ensure architectural integrity across CRM and related platforms. You’ll collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to translate needs into scalable solutions and contribute to thought leadership and pre-sales. • Lead the D365 architecture workstream across the engagement lifecycle
• Design and implement architectural solutions maximizing client ROI
• Advise on Enterprise CRM roadmap and investments in D365 and Power Platform
• Provide holistic architectural vision including CRM, data, security, and governance
• Develop and guide technical design documentation and workshops with stakeholders
• Contribute to practice development, thought leadership, and asset creation
• Support pre-sales with compelling propositions and commercial context
• Mentor and coach junior talent to build high-performing teams

• Sustained experience delivering Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM architectures for large-scale organizations
• Strong hands-on experience with D365 modules (Sales, Customer Service; Field Service and others as preferred)
• Experience extending D365 with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate; Power Pages preferred)
• Demonstrable use of Copilot/AI capabilities within Dynamics 365 and Power Platform; AI/ML integration
• Deep Dataverse expertise (data model, security, rules) and customization techniques
• Strong integration architecture experience (Dataverse Web API, Azure services, middleware)
• OLM/ALM proficiency (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, multi-environment deployments)
• Data migration design and tooling (KingswaySoft, Azure Data Factory, Dataverse import)
• Stakeholder management and ability to translate business needs into requirements
• Relevant certifications (MB-280/MB-230/PL-200/PL-600/AZ-900 or equivalents)
• Experience in end-to-end Agile/hybrid delivery and risk management
• Leadership and mentoring experience
