As Senior Manager, Endpoint Engineering & Architecture you lead as the technical authority for the company’s global endpoint environment, shaping architecture, governance, and standards to enable a modern Intune-first ecosystem. You will partner with ALM leadership to influence platform design, automation, security, and reliability while steering a high-performing engineering team. The role drives scalable operating models, data governance, and enterprise-wide endpoint modernization to support business transformation and a modern digital workplace. This remote role combines hands-on leadership with strategic execution to scale and mature the endpoint platform.

Responsibilities
  • Own Intune platform remediation and future-state strategy to centralize management and replace legacy SCCM
  • Architect and govern enterprise MDM for corporate devices and robust MAM policies for BYOD
  • Lead a delivery team, guide day-to-day operations, handle escalations, and set sprint priorities
  • Design scalable blueprints for client management, Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD), and macOS migrations into Intune, migrating OpCos from legacy/third-party management to central Intune
Key requirements
  • Hands-on architect/lead engineer with people leadership experience
  • Deep expertise designing and operating Microsoft Intune at scale including MDM and BYOD/MAM
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Intune, AVD, Entra ID, Conditional Access, Autopilot; working knowledge of SCCM/ConfigMgr
  • Experience managing Windows and macOS in enterprise settings, including macOS migrations to Intune
  • Track record driving platform centralization and modern management across matrixed organizations; ability to manage technical contractors and partners
  • Willingness to travel up to 10%
