In this role, you will strengthen the global control environment by integrating risk-based compliance with streamlined processes and systems. You will partner with HAFS, corporate finance, and hotel operations to standardise controls, identify gaps, and improve financial process accuracy and efficiency. You will lead testing, translate findings into executive-ready insights, and drive standard operating procedures and training across a dispersed finance network. - Develop risk-based compliance plans aligned to financial reporting risks and system/process changes
- Design assurance testing for global HAFS and shared-service controls and document conclusions
- Evaluate control design and operating effectiveness; propose practical remediation
- Monitor remediation actions and escalate significant issues, coordinating cross-functional resolution
- Lead the design and implementation of standardised global processes, control frameworks and SOPs
- Connect controls to end-to-end processes to identify gaps and automation opportunities
- Support finance transformation and system initiatives to embed compliant processes
- Prepare executive-ready reporting on testing outcomes, insights and remediation status
- Design and deliver training and change-management activities to reinforce standards
- Deep understanding of accounting, SOX, financial and operational controls
- Experience leading risk-based assurance, testing, issue evaluation and remediation monitoring
- Strong finance process knowledge with ability to standardise and improve governance
- Advanced analytical skills for large datasets and high-risk focus
- Proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional programmes in a matrix, global environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication for executive reporting and stakeholder influence
