Senior Manager, IT Internal Audit

As Senior Internal Audit Manager, Information Technology, you strengthen Burberry’s governance, risk and control environment by delivering independent IT audits across technology, data and digital change. You’ll partner with senior stakeholders and report to the Audit Director, shaping the audit plan and elevating assurance at Executive and Board levels. This role blends technical depth with commercial insight to support confident decision-making in a global business. You will drive measurable improvements and work with cross-functional teams to uphold our standards.

• Shape and deliver the IT audit agenda across technology risk, change initiatives and control effectiveness.
• Lead and oversee IT audits, including management of co-sourced providers, ensuring quality and value.
• Collaborate to evolve the Audit Universe and Annual Audit Plan, improving coverage.
• Oversee audit delivery, workload planning, and integrated audit activity including automated controls and data-enabled techniques.
• Review audit work for robust evidence, conclusions, and alignment with IIA standards.
• Build trusted relationships with senior IT leaders and contribute to Audit Committee and Executive reporting.

• Significant experience delivering risk-based IT internal audits in complex, global environments.
• Strong knowledge of enterprise systems, IT infrastructure and governance frameworks.
