Senior Manager, Media Architect, Engineering, Technology & Transformation

As a Senior Manager at Deloitte, you lead architectural strategy for multi-capability teams delivering robust, scalable, and secure tech solutions in the Technology, Media & Telecoms sector. You translate complex business needs into technical architectures, guide cross-functional teams, and shape roadmaps aligned with client goals. You’ll drive cloud-native, AI/ML-enabled programs and oversee governance across delivery, while mentoring junior architects and contributing to the growth of Deloitte’s TMT practice. • Lead architectural design and technical strategy for technology implementations in TMT, guiding multi-skilled teams
• Translate business requirements into comprehensive architectures and roadmaps aligned with client objectives
• Assess market shifts and emerging technologies to shape technical strategies and internal capabilities
• Provide architectural governance across engineering, development, and testing teams
• Communicate complex technical concepts to stakeholders and build trusted client relationships
• Lead technical solutioning in business development, including pre-sales, bids, and client presentations
• Mentor junior architects and colleagues, supporting diverse and inclusive culture within Deloitte
• Contribute to the growth of Deloitte’s TMT/Media Technology Architecture practice

• Deep hands-on cloud design and delivery experience, especially with AWS and cloud-native integration
• 2+ projects or 6+ months in a lead role delivering complex cloud-native + AI/ML solutions
• Strong understanding of TMT products, media processes, and technologies
• Experience in cloud readiness assessments, solution architectures, and business case development for cloud/AI initiatives
• Ability to run technical workshops and guide AI/ML solution design and best practices
• Knowledge of cloud and AI/ML landscape and applicability to media scenarios
• Expertise in cloud-native integration architectures (microservices, event-driven patterns, API management, data streaming with Kafka) and MLOps pipelines
• Willingness to participate in growing Deloitte’s TMT/Media and Technology Programme Delivery team
