Senior Manager, Microsoft Agentic Solutions Architect

In this Senior Manager role, you shape and lead the architecture of enterprise-grade agentic AI solutions built on Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, Azure AI Foundry, and related Microsoft technologies. You translate client ambitions into credible roadmaps, estimates, and narratives that enable profitable delivery and scaling from pilot to production. You interact with senior stakeholders across accounts, alliance partners, and engineering teams to ensure secure, scalable, and differentiating architectures. The role combines deep Microsoft AI craft with consulting judgment and commercial credibility in a client-facing setting.

• Lead architecture for Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, Azure AI Foundry, agentic AI, and enterprise AI solutions ensuring security, scalability, and alignment with client goals
• Shape opportunities with market teams and pursuit leads, define options, scope, effort estimates, and compelling win themes
• Design agent patterns, orchestration, grounding, tool integration, human-in-the-loop controls, observability, evaluation, and guardrails for enterprise use cases
• Advise clients on using Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, Azure AI Foundry, Foundry Agent Service, Power Platform, Azure AI Search, and Microsoft Graph within a unified AI architecture
• Translate solution concepts into delivery plans, non-functional requirements, dependencies, risks, and mobilization approaches for delivery teams
• Engage CIOs, CTOs, CDOs, security leaders, and engineers with clear messaging from executive value to architecture detail
• Contribute to reusable assets like reference architectures, accelerators, demo patterns, estimation models, proposals, and technical playbooks

• Proven experience at Senior Manager level leading solution architecture for Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, Azure AI Foundry, Azure AI, Power Platform, Microsoft 365 or enterprise AI transformation programs in consulting, SI, or enterprise tech
• Strong track record of shaping client opportunities from discovery through proposal, including strategy, options, delivery approach, dependencies, estimates, and executive presentations
• Experience designing across Microsoft AI and agentic architecture (Copilot extensibility, Copilot Studio Agents, Azure AI Foundry, Azure AI Search, Microsoft Graph, connectors, Power Platform, identity, security, compliance, governance)
• Practical understanding of agentic AI design (orchestration, grounding, RAG, knowledge layers, tool use, API integration, agent identity, evaluation, guardrails, human workflows)
• Ability to translate business problems into AI-enabled architectures delivering measurable outcomes (productivity, automation, knowledge management, risk reduction, operating model change)
• Experience collaborating with enterprise architecture, security, data, integration, change and delivery teams to ensure robust, responsible AI solutions
• Strong delivery lifecycle awareness (prioritization, data readiness, security review, responsible AI, adoption, value tracking, testing, release, ops)
• Experience partnering with Microsoft account teams or partners to shape joint solutions, respond to demand, and support co-sell opportunities
• Strong communication and stakeholder management to facilitate workshops and convey complex architecture to non-technical audiences
• Commercial judgment to balance ambition with delivery risk, shape phased roadmaps, boundaries, and pricing/resource assumptions
