Overview

In this role, you will lead the migration workstream within Wealth technology, guiding IM&W ODS transformation programs. You’ll partner with clients and internal teams to shape migration strategy, runbooks, and delivery roadmaps, driving end-to-end data migration and go-live. You’ll engage across discovery, design, testing, integrations, and cutover, ensuring data quality and governance. The role offers impact through complex migrations across multi-vendor environments in a collaborative Deloitte culture.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the migration workstream and overall technology-enabled transformation programs.
  • Partner with internal teams and clients to define migration strategy, roadmaps, and guidance on wealth technology.
  • Manage end-to-end project lifecycle activities: discovery, data analysis, solution design and build, testing, integrations and go-live.
  • Advise on data assessment, ETL reconciliations, and vendor-facing reconciliations approaches.
  • Coordinate data loads with the vendor and downstream systems; supervise manual extract/transform as needed.
  • Define best practices for data cleansing and operationalize cleansing processes.
  • Contribute to test strategy with migration or UAT teams and develop consolidated cutover runbooks.
  • Mentor junior staff and manage stakeholder communications across complex delivery programs.
Key requirements
  • Strong consulting experience in wealth management or pensions.
  • Experience in multi-vendor environments and vendor relationship management.
  • Proven track record of end-to-end migration delivery and migration strategy definition.
  • Understanding of ETL reconciliation approaches and data management in migrations.
  • Experience with waterfall and agile delivery methods; familiar with JIRA, Confluence, Azure.
