As Senior Manager, you will build and lead the ESG function for a data centre AI infrastructure business, shaping the sustainability strategy from the ground up. You will work across technical, commercial and delivery teams to embed ESG and deliver clear disclosures to investors and lenders. You’ll own carbon accounting, reporting and certification programs, driving impact across live projects while communicating with executives and external partners. This role offers high visibility and hands-on influence in a fast-changing environment, with a clear mission to advance net-zero and sustainable data centre delivery. - Lead certification processes (BREEAM, LEED) across live infrastructure projects
- Create ESG processes, policies and reporting aligned with industry standards
- Prepare investor and lender ESG disclosures during early function development
- Support regional stakeholder teams with social impact commitments and sustainability initiatives
- Translate technical sustainability data into clear reporting for senior and external audiences
- Embed ESG considerations across infrastructure delivery through cross-functional collaboration
- Experience in ESG, sustainability or carbon strategy roles in infrastructure, real estate, or energy environments
- Experience developing sustainability frameworks or reporting processes
- Comfort delivering technical carbon, sustainability or certification work directly
- Ability to produce written disclosures for investor or lender audiences
- Experience building or shaping processes/functions from the ground up
- Understanding of data centre sustainability considerations and relevant standards
- Familiarity with EU Code of Conduct for Data Centres beneficial
