Senior Manager - Oracle EPM Workstream Lead - Technology Consulting - Belfast - IOI

In this role, you will lead Oracle EPM implementations as a senior advisor to clients, focusing on planning, budgeting, or financial consolidation within Oracle Fusion. You’ll work with cross-functional client teams, drive high-quality deliverables on time and on budget, and nurture long-term relationships. You’ll contribute to Oracle competency development and stay current with industry trends. This position combines strategic advisory with hands-on EPM delivery in a collaborative EY environment.

• Lead Oracle Fusion EPM implementations (Planning & Budgeting OR Financial Consolidation)
• Collaborate with client engagement teams and diverse stakeholders
• Deliver high-quality outputs within time and budget
• Manage risks and communicate progress to stakeholders
• Cultivate client relationships and drive business development opportunities
• Contribute to Oracle competency development (operations, thought leadership, training)

• Third level qualification in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related discipline
• 5-10 years of client-facing consulting experience
• Proven expertise in Oracle EPM Modules: Planning & Budgeting OR Financial Consolidation
• Full lifecycle experience of at least 2 large Oracle EPM implementations
• Ability to configure, test, and migrate from Oracle EBS; experience with Oracle Fusion EPM implementations
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional Oracle Cloud certifications are a plus
