Senior Manager People Analytics Technology

Lead workforce intelligence and HR technology for IPEX from Oakville or Montreal, guiding analytics, systems, and service delivery across an enterprise portfolio.

As Senior Manager, People Analytics & HR Technology, you will report to the Director, HR Operations. You will set direction across People Analytics, HR Technology, HR Systems, Master Data Management, and HR Service Delivery, supporting workforce planning, organizational effectiveness, talent strategy, employee experience, and operational performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead multidisciplinary teams across interconnected HR functions
• Advance diagnostic and forward-looking workforce intelligence
• Establish measures, data ownership, platforms, integrations, and controls
• Assess HR intake, case management, workflow, automation, and self-service
• Align HR, IT, Finance, Payroll, Legal, Compliance, Cybersecurity, and Talent Acquisition

Requirements:

• Significant leadership experience across multiple HR functions
• Experience integrating technology, data, processes, and service delivery
• Experience establishing operating models, governance, priorities, and measures
• Strong understanding of People Analytics and workforce intelligence
• Working knowledge of Power BI or equivalent enterprise platform
